The SMB team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side on TikTok. Our SMB Elevate team is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing high potential advertisers and marketing agencies for the TikTok Ads Platform. You will consult with decision makers to help them incorporate TikTok Ads into their marketing strategies, collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and build and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage customer expectations and maintain high engagement on the platform.
2. Develop business growth of the assigned territory through various programs and initiatives.
3. Drive revenue for TikTok by supporting scalable sales programs across direct clients and agencies.
4. Drive product adoption and educate clients and agencies in a scalable manner.
5. Work towards strategic goals while providing an excellent customer experience.
6. Liaise with cross-functional teams on operational and strategic services and programs.
7. Serve as the ambassador of TikTok for all adoption-related activities.
8. Proactively seek new ways to add value to customers and colleagues.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Excellent verbal and written English and Italian communication skills.
2. Experience in a sales and/or business development environment.
3. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
4. Experience in pipeline building through prospecting and outreach.
5. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with honesty and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Ability to think independently and strategically to propose solutions to c-level executives.
2. Proven track record of exceeding performance targets.
3. Understanding of digital advertising and campaign management.
