Job Title: Finance Assistant
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Assistant to join our team in our Galway office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as an accounts assistant, with excellent IT skills and knowledge of Sage50 accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
* Manage and reconcile accounts, including bank statements and credit card transactions
* Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other financial documents
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to colleagues and clients
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as an accounts assistant
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage50 accounting software
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
