Financial Planning Consultant
This is a hybrid role providing flexibility to work both virtually and from our Dublin office.
You will be part of a highly qualified team that helps individuals make better financial decisions through cashflow modelling.

The day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Providing tailored advice to individual clients on retirement planning, investments and all areas of Financial Planning.
* Meeting clients, generating leads, and project work.
* Managing and continuously building relationships with the Aon client portfolio.
* Developing new business opportunities through internal and external channels.
* Achieving agreed sales targets and team-based goals.
* Adhering to standards, codes, and rules set by regulators and Aon.
* Managing local projects that contribute to the overall team proposition.

To lead to success, we look for candidates with:
* Previous consultative financial planning experience using Voyant as the basis of client engagements.
* Acquired or working towards Certified Financial Planner (CFP) qualification.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain solid client relationships.
* A strong history of delivering on agreed sales targets.
* An understanding of relevant regulatory requirements.
* A background in generating leads from a Corporate client base.
* The ability to build strong internal relationships, trust, and credibility.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* A team player with a focus on working as one team.
* A full driver's license.
