The Role
Talent Acquisition
This role is for a dynamic HR professional who is passionate about talent acquisition and talent development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR with a focus on sourcing, attracting, and nurturing talent.
* Manage the recruitment process and life cycle for experienced hires, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
* Manage external relationships with local 3rd party selection professionals and managed service providers.
* Develop Role Profiles & Job Descriptions with Line Managers - ensure hiring approvals are in place.
* Leverage a wide range of candidate sourcing techniques and source candidates using multiple channels.
* Maintain contact with candidates throughout the process to deliver a premium candidate experience.
* Advise, coach, and develop stakeholders on recruitment policies, best practices, and tools.
Talent Development
The successful candidate will identify training needs and deliver tailored development programmes to upskill people aligned to career progression plans.
* Manage the learning platform to provide our people with learning resources and a community where they can share and feedback.
* Develop the skills and capabilities of our qualified team with development and learning.
* Implement initiatives that encourage our people to take ownership of their own careers and learning.
* Use data and insight to understand what our people need and make recommendations for new approaches to Talent development.
About the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* A degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology or related business discipline.
* CIPD qualified is desirable but not essential.
* 4/5+ years' HR experience with particular focus on talent attraction and talent development.
* Good project management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise.
* An excellent relationship builder and communicator.
* A good work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude and approach to work.
