The Technical Account Manager (TAM) at JupiterOne plays a crucial role in helping our largest and most complex customers succeed on the JupiterOne platform. As a TAM, you will act as both a technical expert and trusted advisor, guiding customers to full platform adoption while addressing their unique business needs. You will help customers grow in their security maturity by managing custom solutions, coordinating with professional services, and, when necessary, directly executing on these projects with other members of the J1 team.This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll engage frequently with customers, platform users, and engineering teams. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align them with customer objectives will be key to success.
