Corporate Finance Manager – Infrastructure & Energy – Dublin
Even with the recent backdrop of Tariffs and Trade wars underpinned by Trumpenomics, there is still huge appetite to deliver large scale Capital Infrastructure, Renewable Energy and Real Asset projects on the Island of Ireland and beyond. With that in mind our client is very keen to bring in an experienced Project/Corporate Finance Manager or Senior Manager to add to their growing team here in Ireland.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF’S) projections, sensitivity analyses, and valuation models to support strategic client decision-making.
* Ensure that financial models comply with industry standards and best practices.
* Working closely with the Partner as well as other departments in both Ireland and internationally on complex infrastructure and government lead project and corporate finance mandates.
* Review Excel and AI Based models under supervision and arrive at preliminary conclusions.
* Understand, manipulate, and interpret financial data and client information, drawing appropriate conclusions.
* Understanding our client requirements, co-developing our approach with the client, and providing value to our clients through insights, factual conclusions, and advice.
* Carry out relevant analysis and present your findings (both written and orally).
* Day to day progression of assignments to include planning, preparing, and reviewing various forms of deliverables to include reports and presentations.
* A focus on anticipating and identifying risks that require escalation and subsequently escalating these risks to more senior staff as appropriate.
What we are seeking:
The successful candidate will have gained at least 5 years plus experience (But can be up to 10 years given the AD role) and come from a Financial Modelling, Valuations, Investment Banking, Corporate or Project Finance background and will also at least masters Level qualified, ideally CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CAIA qualified as well.
