An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Head of Finance to join a leading Real Estate Property Organisation in Dublin 2. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee timely and accurate financial and management reporting for institutional clients. - Monitor service charge accounts and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. - Manage finance relationships with internal and external service providers. - Analyse financial data to identify improvement areas and provide actionable insights. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. - Ensure all financial management of the portfolio is up to standard. - Work on finance and operational transformation projects to enhance efficiency. Key Skills and Requirements: - Must be a qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA accountant. - 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a senior finance role. - Experience in real estate and/or property management finance is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of financial principles and operational processes. - Proven track record in overseeing accounting functions and implementing process improvements. - Excellent stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Experience with financial, data analytic, and workflow-based monitoring tools is an advantage.
