People Consulting partners with clients to drive and evolve their people agenda in a rapidly changing global work environment.
Joining the People Consulting team at EY offers the chance to work on complex transformation programmes in Ireland, focusing on the sustainability and embedding of major organisational changes.
Our work includes designing effective organisation structures, embedding cultural and behavioural change, managing communications, stakeholder engagement, and supporting HR practices and policies.
We are recruiting for roles requiring experience in areas such as:
* Organisation Design
* Communications and Stakeholder Management
* Change Management
* Strategic Workforce Planning
* HR Transformation and Digital HR
Your key responsibilities
You will support engagements with private and public sector clients in change management, project management, and business readiness within our People Consulting practice.
* Supporting project delivery across transformation programmes, including change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and implementation.
* Assisting in managing project plans and supporting project teams to meet client requirements.

* Experience with change tools, templates, and methodologies.

* Strong influence, resilience, and stakeholder management skills.
* Practical problem-solving abilities and project lifecycle experience.
Qualifications
* Degree qualification and relevant professional experience, preferably in major transformation programmes.
* 7+ years of similar experience.
* Understanding of change and transformation projects.
