Job Title: Experienced Chefs and Kitchen Staff
About the Role:
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced chefs, sous-chefs, pastry chefs, and chefs de partie to join our team in luxury hotels across Ireland. Our clients offer excellent working conditions and support with accommodation and paperwork for candidates from Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to a consistent standard
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and prepare menus
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- English level B2 (medium): effective oral communication in English with all team members
- EU nationality
- Professional cooking certificate (3rd level equivalent)
- 2 professional references (minimum)
