The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of projects for our clients, including feasibility studies, long-range planning studies, and full design services including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and services during construction for design/bid/build and design/build projects.About youThe role is ideal for professionals with a strong technical design background looking for the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and will have the skills necessary to determine and define each project’s scope of work and deliverables. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for managing design teams, preparing tenders, supervising tendering procedures, preparing proposals, and managing, supervising, and visiting contractors on-site.
