This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR Generalist or HR Manager to exercise full autonomy across the HR remit and drive the people strategy whilst availing of a highly-competitive pay and benefits package. Reporting into the General Manager, you lead and oversee HR department to drive the people strategy and foster a positive work environment. Duties include: Manage on all recruitment activities ie. devising job descriptions, posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, issuing job offers. Lead on and advise managers on all employee relations cases ie. disciplinaries and grievances Organise and schedule mandatory training for all new and existing employees i.e health and safety and food allergen training. Liaise with payroll department to complete payroll administration ie. notify of new starters, leavers and employees going on paternity leave. Utilise the company HR System to update and revise employee records, download performance documentation and log absence. Lead on performance management activities ie. conducting performance reviews, tracking performance of employees. Drive employee engagement i.e conducting employee feedback surveys, organising wellbeing events. What will you require as HR Manager? Minimum of 3-5 years Human Resources experience Experienced in recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management. Skilled in liasing with payroll and devising HR Strategy Proficient in using HR Systems Obtained degree in HRM and HR Qualification How to apply to this HR Manager job?
