We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Area Support Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in food services, health & safety, and facilities operations.
What you'll do:
Provide support to Account/District managers and Unit Business Managers across the regions varying sites and their services.
Bring your ideas to the table as you work with the management and marketing teams to ensure that food offers remain innovative, in line with market trends.
Share your knowledge and empower our sites to deliver consistent quality food and customer service standards to the agreed contract specification.
Set the standard and continue to build our culture of continual improvement, by advocating our values and showcasing your passion for excellence to inspire and empower our sites.
Foster positive working relationships with managers and clients across the business to ensure effective team dynamics and resource efficiencies.
Drive growth through projects to enhance business opportunities and revenue.
* Support on mobilisations as required.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience of delivering hands-on operational support in the hospitality industry or in Soft FM, contract catering offers.
* Computer literacy and financial understanding including budget management.
* Excellent communicator, motivator and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
* An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
