Based in Dublin 15 they are looking for an experienced Warranty & Service administrator to join their team.

Employee Discount Scheme Employee Assistance Programme Manufacturer Training The Ideal Candidate: Be Highly flexible & organised advanced clear administrative skills Knowledge and experience of Dealer Management Systems experience Kerridge CDK an advantage 3+ years' experience as a Service warranty administrator Duties & responsibilities: Work closely with the Warranty Manager to ensure all warranty claims are processed accurately and within required timelines.
Manage and process warranty claims for multiple locations, including both company-owned and dealer sites.
Ensure all claim documentation complies with brand and manufacturer requirements.
Respond to customer requests by verifying vehicle warranty status.
Maintain detailed records of claims submitted and reimbursements received.
Review and interpret warranty literature, ensuring relevant updates and requirements are communicated across the team.
Prepare for and support all warranty audit processes.
Support the Service department with general administration tasks, including invoicing and other duties as needed.
Provide cover for service reception when required.
Collaborate with other internal departments such as Sales, Parts, and Warranty to ensure smooth operational flow.
