Clean Utilities Engineer Position
We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an award-winning Pharmaceutical organization based in Carlow.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for delivering schedule milestones throughout the project duration.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and deliver all aspects of the project, including SAT, IC, OC, IQ, OQ, PQ, and commercialization, to meet schedule milestones.
3. Drive operational and technical excellence to deliver a stable clean equipment portfolio supporting PPQ, facility start-up, and commercial supply, within a flexible and collaborative teamwork environment.
4. Ownership of clean utility Quality risk assessments and closeout.
5. Comply with Manufacturing Division, Quality, and EHS Management System requirements, relevant to the project and commercial operations.
6. Ensure the clean utilities team receives appropriate resources and training programs to develop technical and other skills, stimulating personal growth and development in line with role.
7. Develop and maintain accurate operational procedures, training materials, and maintenance procedures for various clean utility systems.
8. Act as Owner Representative for Turnover, SAT, and OQ execution for all clean utilities.
9. Assist in designing and operationalizing a successful clean utilities team delivering right-first-time utilities to achieve production requirements.
10. Resolve issues and escalate risks in a timely fashion to relevant on-site stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Degree qualification or equivalent (Science, Engineering, Technical).
* Experience in CQV execution.
* Knowledge and previous experience of Utility start up and qualification.
* Knowledge of regulatory/code requirements to Irish, European, and International Codes, Standards, and Practices.
