Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job portals, internal databases, and social media platforms.
* Screening candidates by reviewing CVs and applications.
* Designing and managing the candidate experience.
* Developing job postings, descriptions, and position requirements.
* Coordinating all stages of the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to onboarding new hires.
* Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service with managers and candidates alike.
* Contributing to business development and growth through identifying new business opportunities.
Requirements:
