Who are we looking for?
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Senior Consultant will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM processes, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CRM consulting, a strong technical background, and excellent client-facing skills.
Our Dynamics CE team is growing with a particular focus on integrated solutions with Dynamics BC, Field Service, Customer Insights and CoPilot/AI. The role will be heavily involved in our growth in these areas.
What will you be doing?
* Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics CE projects, including requirement gathering, system design, configuration, customization, and deployment.
* Solution Design: Design and architect CE solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.
* Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet specific business requirements, including workflows, entities, forms, and dashboards.
* Integration: Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CE with other business systems and third-party applications.
* Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and guidance on CRM best practices and functionality.
* Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support teams, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of the CE system.
* Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation, including solution design, technical specifications, and user manuals.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions are robust and meet client expectations.
* Mentorship: Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
Required Skills/Experiences:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM.
* Experience with CRM integration using tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and third-party integration solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
