Quantity Surveyor - Electrical
The role of Quantity Surveyor - Electrical requires a professional to manage the commercial aspects of a project in the M&E Engineering sector. This involves ensuring financial compliance from budgeting to final accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Validate tenders post-award and assist in preparing the project CCS by analyzing tender and project requirements.
* Prepare cash flow projections, compile monthly reports, and ensure timely claims/notices submission in line with contractual provisions.
* Oversee client invoicing, subcontractor/supplier payments, and liaise with the Financial Department on project financials.
* Address disputes, monitor site procurement, and prepare reports on commercial and contractual matters.
* Attend meetings, conduct site measures, and draft correspondence in consultation with the Project Manager/Director.
Requirements:
* A Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Services.
* Minimum 3 Years experience in a similar role.
* Good knowledge of Electrical packages.
* Experience working on industrial/commercial projects would be advantageous.
