Finance Administrator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join our team at Randox Laboratories.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the processing of purchase invoices, credit control, and accurate recording of information into the accounting system.
About the Role:
* Process purchase invoices, credit control, and accurate recording of information into the accounting system.
* Deal with suppliers, contract negotiations, queries on invoices and payment requests.
* Perform credit control functions to ensure maximum recovery of outstanding payments, distribution of invoices, credit notes and statements.
* Liaise with accountants, finance officers, and operations manager.
Requirements:
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages such as Excel, Outlook, and Word.
* Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Administration experience in a similar role.
* Currently hold the right to work in the United Kingdom.
