Responsibilities
* Inform and consult accommodation partners regarding their business performance, market opportunities and industry trends.
* Encourage hotel partners on how to use the back-end hotel system, tools and available products with the goal of enhancing the hotel performance on the platform and creating a wonderful experience for Coop customers.
* Regular benchmarking and monitoring of market competitiveness of our hotel programs.
* Keep up to date on current hospitality trends and constantly assess and propose new ideas to improve customer conversion and retention.
* Work closely with key personnel to understand customer needs with data, identify gaps in our offerings and develop product requirements.
* Define key metrics, track them, and improve upon them.
* Together with the marketing team, create and execute the media plan and growth strategy for our markets in Scandinavia.
To thrive in this role, you must...
* Be fluent in Danish or Norwegian (C2 or Native) with a good knowledge of English (C1).
* Have experience working in a sales environment with an accompanying bachelor's degree.
* Be interested in learning more about the hotel industry than you already know.
What's in it for you?
* Salary: €38,000 base salary per annum + 10% annual performance bonus + Benefits (TBC).
* Contract: Permanent Contract, Full-time.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, regular office hours.
* Location: Hybrid model, 2 days in office location based in Dublin, Ireland.
* Languages: English and Norwegian.
