Requirements:

* At least four years of FMCG sales experience as a Key Account Manager (KAM)/National Account Manager (NAM).

* Proven experience in developing, negotiating, and executing full life cycles of customer joint business plans.

* Strong negotiating skills with demonstrable experience in maintaining focus, control, and delivery of a balanced scorecard of success.

* Ability to work effectively as a team player with high individual accountability and functional responsibility.
