We have delivered significant growth in our core business, and we have ambitious plans for continued growth over the next five years WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLE The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for developing and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and efficiency or Kerrygold Park's equipment and systems.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Develop reliability centred maintenance strategy to minimize downtime and enhance equipment availability and performance Conduct Data analytics and performance metrics to identify trends for performance improvement Lifecycle management of assets Development of asset criticality & reliability maintenance strategies Optimize asset total cost control, identify gaps & opportunities to improve asset performance Lead and support analysis of equipment and systems failures, using problem solving, continuous improvement tools ( RCA, Fishbone, DMAIC and FMECA), and physical testing (destructive/non-destructive).
Support project teams during equipment selection and defining Preventative/Predictive Maintenance strategies for new assets.
Lead the planning and coordination of the winter overhaul Oversee and manage the preventive maintenance program across site Key Skills / Attributes Bachelor's degree in engineering, or trade qualification with relevant experience.
Advanced Certifications in reliability engineering are a plus Knowledge of RCM and TPM methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
