Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Center Technician to join our team in Dublin. As a Data Center Technician, you will be responsible for providing first-line on-site field system support, including hardware and networking, to customers and field personnel at customer sites or remotely.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level customer satisfaction through effective delivery of technical support and service programs.
* Coordinate resources, problem resolution, problem escalation, and system-level diagnostics.
* Understand service processes and options linked with customer specifications.
* Identify and solve a wide range of problems.
* Work primarily at customer sites, with some variation in duties and tasks.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
* Recent graduates encouraged to apply if they demonstrate interest and knowledge in the position and willingness to learn on the job.
* Experience in IT Infrastructure support: Hardware repair, diagnosis & break/fix.
* Demonstrated drive to dig into system or process details to solve customer problems.
* Ability to speak confidently and communicate clearly in virtual environment.
* Strong adherence to processes and being a Process Champion.
* Good communication skills (oral & written) and ability to interact professionally with diverse group of customers and staff in English.
* Experience providing client-facing, direct customer support and service.
* Ability to work productively in remote cross-functional teams or resourcefully and independently as an individual.
