Our client a global technology group requires an HR Specialist based in Carrick-On-Shannon.
Responsibilities
1. Employee/Manager liaison for all employee issues
2. TMS/Time and Attendance System Administrator to include:
3. Enrolling/training/facilitating Employees/Team Leaders/Managers to ensure payroll integration per due date
4. Troubleshooting/Liaising with TMS providers to resolve system errors in a timely manner
5. Maintenance of all leave records and generation of reports to support internal/external reporting
6. Completion of reports to support financial & KPI reporting
7. Recruitment of all staff and co-ordinating the internal recruitment process
8. Attendance at Career Fairs, College, etc.
9. Maintenance of the Career page on the Company website. Source and engage with candidates through LinkedIn
10. Maintaining and implementing HR & Training policies and procedures etc. per the Terms and Conditions of Employment and per current legislation
11. Co-ordinating all aspects of the Performance Review program
12. Administration for Pre-Employment Medicals. Liaising with Medical Practitioners for employee referrals
13. Development and maintenance of training matrices, plans, and records.
14. Scheduling/delivering internal training programs
15. Sourcing/scheduling external training aligned with the company’s organisational development programme
16. Participation in internal and external audits and the Corrective Action Programme
17. Work with all departments on continuous improvement projects, including 5S and lean activities
18. Coordinating company events, service awards, etc.
19. Other duties as required to support business needs
Qualifications
20. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent
21. Experience in a similar role, specifically in the area of recruitment
22. Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
23. Motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks
24. Computer skills, including Internet Explorer, Microsoft Excel, and others.
