**Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity**
About the Role:

The successful candidate will work on a multi-million euro educational building project, utilising their expertise in managing high headcount construction sites and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
* Advise on contractual matters at both general and project-specific levels.
* Identify opportunities to maximise revenue, reduce costs, and investigate losses.
* Negotiate and agree terms with subcontractors and suppliers.
* Ensure timely preparation of commercial/contractual correspondence.
* Draft, prepare, and review monthly cost reports and final accounts.
* Maintain and update risk registers, variation trackers, and extension of time records as part of monthly reporting.
* Handle measurement, pricing, and negotiation of variations with clients and subcontractors.
Requirements:
* A professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
* Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on large-scale construction projects.
* Expertise in managing high headcount construction sites and subcontractors.
* Strong collaboration skills, particularly with Commercial Managers, Contracts Managers, and client representatives.
