Key Responsibilities:
* Negotiate & Close Deals: Manage residential sales and lettings, ensuring smooth transactions.
* Business Development: Proactively generate new business, secure listings, and build client relationships.
* Client Success: Foster long-term relationships with property owners, tenants, and buyers.
* Market Expertise: Advise clients on local property trends and opportunities.
* Team Collaboration: Work alongside a high-performing team to achieve collective goals.
* Administrative Support: Handle paperwork, ensuring contracts are completed accurately and on time.
* Flexibility: Attend viewings and work outside of regular hours when necessary.
What’s Needed:
* PSRA License (B+C required)
* Experience: 2-3+ years in residential sales and lettings, with a proven sales track record.
* Clean Driving License: To attend viewings and meet clients.
* Local Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the property market.
* People Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks and deadlines efficiently.
* Self-Motivated: A proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for success.
