We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Sales Executive to join a prestigious luxury jeweller in Dublin.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in providing a world-class customer experience, building lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients, and driving sales in a luxury boutique environment. You will work with exquisite fine jewellery collections, including diamonds, gemstones, and bespoke services.
Candidates must have a background in high-end retail/events or luxury sales. In addition, skills in event management and creating carefully curated guest lists are also critical - with events ranging from hosting local private dining, home visits and larger sporting events as an ambassador for the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients, delivering a personalized, luxury service.
* Drive sales by understanding the product range and offering tailored recommendations to meet customers' needs.
* Provide expert knowledge on jewellery, gemstones, and luxury products, guiding customers through their purchasing decisions - training provided.
* Ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial consultation to aftercare, building loyalty and trust.
* Manage bespoke commissions with attention to detail, ensuring clients’ vision is brought to life.
* Represent the brand with sophistication at events, private viewings, and exhibitions.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in luxury retail sales is ESSENTIAL, preferably in jewellery, watches or high-end accessories.
* Exceptional communication skills, with a consultative and customer-focused approach.
* Impeccable attention to detail and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship.
