We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bid Manager for our client, one of Ireland's leading catering and hospitality services providers.
Location: North Dublin
Salary: €45- €50k
Hours: Hybrid (office 3 days)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing end-to-end process of tender: preparation, client’s inquiry, proposal submission, to post tender presentation.
2. Draft proposals – Liaising with Department Heads (CEO, Dir of Ops, Head of Business Development, Culinary director, etc.)
3. Liaise with graphic designer and sales team
4. Write up and edit high quality and clear proposals that highlight the company's strengths, competitive advantages and solutions.
5. Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
6. Act as the primary point of contact for clients
7. Ensure all bids comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Experience within Hospitality/Retail sector would be advantageous
2. Excellent command of both written and spoken English
3. Experience specifically focused on managing bid submissions
4. Strong communication skills
5. Strong understanding of the tendering process, including bid writing, proposal development, and client management.
6. Experience with Adobe software would be desirable
7. Experience in Microsoft Office, CRM software and Tender Portals
