Job Description The purpose of this position is to support the Client Group by performing administrative duties as required by the organization in an efficient, confidential, quality-orientated and cost-effective manner. Job Responsibilities To schedule, organize and in some instances deliver training modules to new staff plus to existing staff, as required.
To ensure the logistics around such training is taken care of in terms of training rooms, training materials, IT support and any training record templates required.
To update training materials, as directed.
To assist with other logistics as required, in addition to training activities.
To assist with transport activities for guests, visitors or trainees, as required.
To schedule, organize and deliver orientation modules.
To organize and communicate entertainment activities as directed.
To maintain in an organized and efficient way, information which may be required related to any logistical, training, administrative or miscellaneous activities being carried out.
General administration activities Qualifications Good Secondary level qualifications are desirable Typing speed 55wpm minimum 100% accurate Good Knowledge of MS Office Applications Train the Trainer an advantage Excellent communication skills both internally and externally Excellent accuracy and speed of work Excellent attention to detail Good understanding of how to deliver a cost effective, high quality service Good planning skills/effective organizer Highly confidential and discrete Ability to prioritize effectively Ability to complete tasks and take ownership of them Additional Information Additional information This is an opportunity to join Eurofins on a full time permanent basis.
