Large Irish law firm seek an experienced recruiter or TA Specialist to join an exceptionally busy team on a 6 month contract.
You will support the TA Manager with hiring across Business Support and Associates.
This is a prestigious firm with offices in Dublin 2, excellent hybrid working arrangements are in place.
You will be responsible for: Connecting with Hiring Managers to gather their requirements and create job descriptions.
Post advertisements for jobs and actively promote roles on job posting boards.
Maintain client database and recruitment portal including engaging with agency partners.
Screen CVs and carry out initial interviews with candidates.
Coordinate in-person and virtual interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Deliver excellent service throughout including interview follow-up and feedback, managing delivery of offers and any related documentation.
Suitable candidates for this role will need to have worked in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a Professional Services or large Legal Firm.
It is important that you can demonstrate your ability to gather requirements for a role and assess candidates experience.
You will need to be available for the duration of the assignment and to start before Christmas.
