Responsibilities
* Supervising the front of shop in the Pharmacy including all premium skincare ranges, fragrances, and OTC
* Oversight and responsibility for the branch retail turnover, stock management and profitability to achieve the Group's overall targets
* High levels of Sales, Service & Standards for customers and branch
* Sales and promotions
* A strong knowledge of pharmacy products and services
* Adhering to company standards and procedures
* Merchandising and Marketing
* Responsible for the overall ordering, merchandising and selling of stock
* Support colleagues working elsewhere in the branch as needed
* Drive community initiatives
Skills and Experience
* Two years' retail experience required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Conducting and leading excellent sales skills and customer service required
* Target-driven and sales-focused
* Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude
* Helpful and courteous manner and Customer focused
* Fluency in English
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Work on own initiative and make decisions
* Pro-active and energetic demonstrated by prior engagement in community initiatives
* Professional and discreet, empathy and understanding of our customers and each other
* Ability to adhere to and drive exceptional store presentation standards
