Frank Buttimer and Company Solicitors are seeking to recruit a full time Legal Secretary in a busy city centre practice in Cork City. Experience is preferable but not essential.
Requirements:
* Excellent computer skills – knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Fast, accurate audio typing and copy typing skills
* Experience with general office administration work, e-filing and filing, preparing briefs for counsel
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team
* May be required to assist in a busy reception area
