Are you our next Marketing & Brand Manager?
We are looking for an experienced marketing specialist to join an ambitious team to develop, deliver, and amplify a range of high-profile sponsorships and events, including the KPMG Women’s Irish Open and campaigns with KPMG Brand Ambassadors Rhasidat Adeleke, Leona Maguire, and Rachael Blackmore.
Location: Dublin 2, as part of our hybrid working model.
Contract type: Permanent
Role Requirements:
* A minimum of four years’ experience in marketing and brand management, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end campaigns from planning through to execution.
* Strong understanding of core marketing principles, including market research, audience targeting and alignment, campaign planning and performance measurement, with the ability to apply these principles effectively.
* Experience in integrating sponsorships into brand strategies, with a passion for building brand equity and engagement through sponsorship campaigns.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality outcomes within budget and timeframe.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including external agencies and partners, senior internal stakeholders and as part of the wider marketing team.
* Ability to think strategically when developing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals, while maintaining a focus on continual improvement.
* Applicants from both agency or an in-house team are encouraged.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a drive to deliver projects autonomously whilst also sharing learnings with the wider team.

* You will be part of KPMG’s Marketing department, working on some of Ireland's leading sponsorships including KPMG Women’s Irish Open, Business & Finance Awards and working with our KPMG Brand Ambassadors – athlete Rhasidat Adeleke, golfer Leona Maguire and jockey Rachael Blackmore.
* Our sponsorship portfolio ranges across sport, enterprise, and the arts, and your remit will be to develop and deliver excellence across this exciting and evolving portfolio, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and activating campaigns across the full range of marketing channels.
