Join our General Manager, AGMs, Exec Chef, Bar Manager, Wine Manager, and Reservations Manager as the head of the restaurant department and complete this stellar management team!
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team and make a real impact. As our Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in helping the team grow and shine, providing training, mentorship, and support to ensure exceptional service in one of the busiest restaurants in Dublin. You will oversee a team of 40+ wait staff, head waiters, and assistant restaurant managers.
In this role, set the standard by leading from the front, showing the team what great service looks like. Be hands-on, involved in all aspects of the daily flow – from welcoming guests with a smile to ensuring every detail of the dining experience runs smoothly.
