Job Description
We are seeking a skilled PMO Support Analyst to join our team on an initial 12-month contract with the potential to extend to 36 months.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the PMO Portfolio, which comprises several large technical and business transformation programs.
Your Experience and Skills
* A minimum of 3 years of experience working within a Project Management Office in a support capacity, ensuring teams adhere to PMO protocols, including the Project Life Cycle and Stage Gate approval processes.
* A level 7 degree qualification (or equivalent or higher) in Computers & IT, Engineering, Science, or Business is mandatory.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Managing projects, including preparing project plans, resource allocation, cost tracking, maintenance of RAID logs, and reporting to key stakeholders.
* Maintaining project details within various systems and aggregating data from multiple sources for comprehensive portfolio management reporting.
* Coordinating Microsoft Teams Meetings, including drafting agendas, facilitating discussions, capturing minutes, and updating action trackers.
Requirements
* Familiarity with portfolio and project management software is considered an advantage.
* A robust grasp of project management methodologies, particularly Waterfall and Agile frameworks, is essential.
* Possession of a recognized project management qualification is preferable.
Desirable Skills
* Exceptional administrative abilities coupled with excellent organizational and planning skills, including the capacity to effectively prioritize tasks.
* Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook, as well as MS Project and Visio.
About the Role
This role is predominantly remote with 2 days per month spent in office in Ballina for collaboration and team-building purposes. Additional visits may be required but will be on an ad-hoc basis.
