Project Controls - Reporting Manager - Dublin, Ireland
Project\: Mace are looking for an Reporting Manager to work within the project controls team on large scale and complex Infrastructure projects in Dublin.
Your responsibilities will include:
Support the reporting and performance management services on large scale infrastructure programmes and projects.
Assist in the definition, establishment, and management of the programme performance reporting systems and processes
Ensuring robust and secure data management through the whole programme/project lifecycle;
To deliver and assure accurate and timely reporting on a large Infrastructure programmes and projects meets client expectations,
Support the development of the supply chain tender / contractual requirements, including KPI’s, performance reporting, and integrity of data;
About you
You have excellent written communication skills, clear and concise. You have an in-depth knowledge of project controls and reporting tools and software. You understand data management and can use it to provide effective and timely advice to clients. You stay up to date with key industry and professional trends.
You have the ability to persuade and influence your colleagues to satisfy the customer requirements. You are happy to tackle problems with complex solutions. You can delegate tasks to others when required.
You are extremely collaborative, with ability to build excellent working relationships and have a very high political sensitivity;
You stay up to date with latest technologies and tools available on the market in the reporting and performance management arena.
You have extensive experience as reporting manager on major infrastructure programmes and projects and have experience of the whole project lifecycle from award through to handover into operation.
You have a degree or equivalent with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the construction, programme, project or commercial management disciplines. you have achieved Membership / Fellow / Certified Fellow status with one or more professional institutions;
