Job Overview
The primary function of the Personal Insurance Advisor is to deliver exceptional and efficient customer service, driving increased sales and business retention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a high standard of service to existing and new customers, ensuring their experience meets FBD's customer care ethos.
* Deliver on agreed targets for new business and retention through selling and retention skills.
* Execute policy amendments efficiently, meeting customer expectations.
* Optimise opportunities for cross-selling, generating referrals while engaging with customers to maximise business growth opportunities.
* Handle a requisite volume of calls efficiently, achieving call answering objectives for both the customer and organisation.
* Work closely with team colleagues to achieve overall targets set.
* Ensure compliance with all systems and procedures as laid down by the Company.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge and information of FBD's Personal Lines and Commercial product range and compliance requirements, completing relevant industry qualifications as appropriate.
Requirements:
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent and/or a relevant third-level qualification.
* Customer-focused approach with excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Previous sales or customer service experience.
* Proactive, energetic approach and positive outlook.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
