Job Description
We are seeking a Newly Qualified (NQ) Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team in Dublin city centre.
Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to work on complex commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as agreements for sale and purchase, leases, licences, and development agreements.
* Assisting with the due diligence process on property transactions.
* Conducting legal research and providing practical advice on property-related issues.
* Managing client relationships and providing regular updates on the progress of transactions.
* Working alongside senior solicitors and partners on complex matters, gaining exposure to all stages of commercial property transactions.
* Participating in business development activities and contributing to the growth of the firm's property practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A strong academic background, ideally with a first-class or 2:1 degree in Law, or a similar academic qualification.
* Admitted to the roll of solicitors.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and professional development.
* A genuine interest in commercial property law and the real estate sector.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
