Ireland’s leading business print and design group is looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Person to join their professional team.

Snap is seeking a committed professional who is passionate about customer service, to become the first point of contact for clients and complete the following duties:
1. Determine client needs and provide appropriate solutions;
2. Support the sales representative in the delivery of quality service;
3. Assist in the maintenance of our customer management system;
4. Provide input to business marketing initiatives.
To be successful in this position you will need to have:
1. An articulate and eloquent telephone manner and outstanding verbal communication skills;
2. The ability to think outside the square and have good business acumen;
3. Persistence, reliability, and persuasiveness coupled with good organisational skills;
4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop good business relationships;
5. Drive and self-motivation;
6. Experience in using Microsoft Office packages;
7. The desire and determination to succeed.
While print experience would be an advantage it is not essential as ongoing training will be provided.
Salary: The salary range for this role is c€30k - €35k based on years of experience.
