Recruitment Consultant for Events Division
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our events team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality / events professional who would like to move out of operations.

The Role
1. Develop a complete understanding of the requirements for every event.
2. Manage recruiting for the events team - sourcing & screening candidates, conducting interviews, ensuring compliance and scheduling candidates for events, while always providing a positive experience for the candidate and guiding them through the process.
3. Establish relationships with our existing clients including face to face meetings to fully understand their needs, maintaining ongoing communication and always delivering a first class experience to all of our clients.
Requirements
* A background working in Hospitality / Events is essential
* Recruitment experience is preferable
* Ability to meet targets
* Strong communication skills with proven ability to engage with clients and candidates at all levels
* Organised with the ability to prioritise your workload
* Confident and professional individual
* Comfortable working in a high pressured, fast paced environment
* A proactive, positive and motivated attitude.
* Customer service skills with the ability to develop the business
* Attention to detail is a priority
