Scope Technology Group are currently seeking a Service Administrator to join our Fire, Security & Emergency Lighting Team.
Job description:
1. Managing schedules for install/services/commissioning
2. Managing teams of Engineers to ensure schedule is carried out as planned
3. Manage maintenance (PPM) contracts (4 service visits per year per contract)
4. Issuing of Annual service contracts / proposals
5. First point of contact for all correspondence
6. Phone/email customer contacts for all scheduled visits
7. Review of all Service dockets & Materials
8. Creation & maintenance of project folders i.e., Asset lists etc.
9. Creation of end user/small works quotations
10. Building customer relationships
11. Working with both Ops & Sales teams to achieve the same end goal
12. Monitoring RFT’s and liaising with Sales team
Ideal Skills & Experience:
1. 80WPM
2. Excellent communication and organisational skills
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
4. Proven track record in scheduling, operations & systems management a distinct advantage
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize where required
6. An individual who understands the end goal, and thus knowing what is important when prioritizing the varied and busy workload, will fit the role.
7. Experience in the construction or engineering industry is an advantage but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
