About the Role
We are currently recruiting for seasonal Customer Service Representatives to join our company at our headquarters in Galway. If you have a passion for customer service, are commercially aware and can hit the ground running, then this could be the role for you.
Our headquarters in Galway has over 200 employees, with additional offices in Lille and Cologne. We operate over 280 physical retail stores across Europe, together with a substantial online business in each country.
* Contract Type: Full time – Temporary Fixed Term
* 37.5 hours per week
* Shifts patterns available: Saturday to Wednesday & Wednesday to Sunday
* Salary: €26,000 per year
Responsibilities:
* Ensure customers receive high-quality customer service across multiple communication channels, primarily phone and email.
* Respond to customer queries in a timely manner, following company procedures.
* Utilize product and system knowledge to resolve customer issues.
* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
* Provide administrative support as needed.
* Adhere to data protection and confidentiality laws.
* Achieve daily performance targets outlined by the management team.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidates:
* Previous customer service experience.
* Attention to detail.
* Prior admin experience, preferably using IT systems daily.
* Professional behavior.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Ability to multitask.
