We are looking for a bingo operations analyst to handle the daily operational tasks for the bingo department.
The successful applicant will be organised, analytical and a great communicator with at least 2 years' experience in an online gaming environment.
Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CRM campaigns aligned with marketing and business objectives.
Create, manage, maintain, and update Bingo games, jackpots and schedules for promotional and optimisation purposes.
Maintain and update bingo reports, logs and records consistently to ensure that all information is kept up to date.
Document, organize and catagorise the bingo games, rooms and networks.
Analyse promotion performance, interpreting, analysing, and reporting data to provide recommendations for future campaigns.
Update and communicate all marketing and onsite promotional material.
Coordinate with other teams, departments and third parties to ensure that all tasks and monthly deadlines are met.
Interaction with other business areas to provide information, collaboration and support as required.
Quality Assurance:
Collaborate closely with the quality assurance team to establish and maintain rigorous testing processes that guarantee game stability, functionality, and performance across different platforms.
Ensure all promotional material is compliant and meets fulfil regulatory requirements.
Review and maintain onsite information to ensure it meets requirements.
Requirements 3rd level qualification in analytics or business-related field.
Good IT skills including strong experience of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, time management and organisation skills.
Ability to function independently in high pressure situations .
Ability to come up with ideas/concepts and suggestions/improvements and follow these through to implementation.
Previous experience working within the Bingo sector including knowledge of Dragonfish and Pragmatic bingo software a distinct advantage.
At least 2 years' experience in the online gaming industry preferred.
