Job DescriptionPrimary Roles and Responsibilities:Quality-oriented working style along with the ability to work both as part of a team and independentlyPerform routers and LAN technologies testing (FTTH, VOIP, IPTV, WiFi, ADSL, VDSL etc.)Collaborate with other technical resources to identify testing and test setup requirements and understand existing systemsConfigure and maintains test environment for the integration of CPE's/Modems/RoutersWork with project stakeholders to monitor, troubleshooting, and get the issues resolvedParticipate in technical and project meetings and provide formal reports/plans to managementDevelop test plans and align with project timelinesEngage with hardware and software vendors for issues resolutionCreate and maintain test and configuration related documentation for new and existing setupsAfter-hours project support if neededKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Knowledge of configuring network testbeds and setups to test routers and related LAN technologiesExperience with Cisco and other CPE vendors and device management with TR069Familiarity with OSI model, TCP/IP, IEEE 802.11xx, DNS, IPTV, IGMP, firewalls, Linux, TR-069, TR-104, VoIP, GPON desirableKnowledge of routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, and BGPKnowledge of IPv4 and familiarity with IPv6 protocolsKnowledge of VOIP technologies such as SIP/PSTNStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsSummary:Prior Experience: 4-5 years of experience with broadband modem/router/CPE's configuration implementation, testing and troubleshootingComplete Knowledge of network setups: Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLAN, WiFi, Router Configuration, ISP Broadband, Troubleshoot Network, Home Group / Small Office etcProtocols: xDSL, FTTH, VOIP, IPTV, BNG, network routing, WIFI 802.11 protocol, TR-069
