Job Responsibilities
* Provide advanced technical support to end-users across the organization.
* Resolve complex technical issues on a daily basis.
* Elevate technical issues to other teams when necessary and required for advanced support.
* Document and maintain the knowledge base and learnings across the team.
* Contribute to the improvement of support processes and procedures within the team and larger group function.
* Support junior support staff in issue resolution and provide guidance in their knowledge and careers.
* Occasionally handle phone calls and emails as needed.
Requirements
* 1-2 years' experience in a technical support role from an enterprise environment.
* Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and proactive problem-solving.
* Experience with Office 365 administration, specifically in SharePoint.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
* A strong skill set in troubleshooting and user assistance and guidance.
* A background in providing advanced technical support, handling complex issues, and working closely with end-users to resolve problems efficiently.
