Key Objectives:
* Full responsibility for delivering merchandising and marketing services to clients
* Brief and support field staff on daily activities
* Ensure systems are understood and correctly used by direct reports
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage outbound communications to field-based staff, including scheduling and briefs
* Lead and motivate merchandisers to achieve high-quality results
* Develop and implement recruitment plans to meet service delivery needs
* Resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively
* Manage costs, mileage claims, and company assets
Requirements:
* Third-level qualification
* Background in Merchandising/POS placement
* Excellent Microsoft office skills
* Impeccable phone manner and great communication skills
* Ability to learn and master new systems and processes
