We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrator to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) documentation and performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the team. This role offers the flexibility to work from either the West Cork or Cork City office, providing a great opportunity for candidates in either location.
Key Responsibilities:
1. EHS Documentation Management:
o Maintain and update all EHS records, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
o Prepare and distribute EHS reports, policies, and procedures.
o Coordinate EHS audits and inspections, ensuring all necessary documentation is available.
o Track and manage training records for EHS compliance.
2. Administrative Support:
o Provide general administrative assistance to the team as required.
o Manage correspondence, scheduling, and filing systems.
o Support in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents.
o Assist with procurement and inventory management of office supplies.
3. Communication and Coordination:
o Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding EHS requirements and documentation.
o Ensure timely communication of updates and changes in EHS policies to relevant parties.
4. Ad-Hoc Duties:
o Undertake additional tasks as needed to support the efficient functioning of the office.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Previous experience in an administrative role; experience in EHS documentation management is an advantage.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of EHS regulations and standards is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
