Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline

Proven project experience with strong commercial acumen

Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

Familiarity with building contracts and cost management tools (e.g., Cubit, Excel)

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
