Bar & Restaurant Manager Job Description
Summary:
Manage the daily operations of a restaurant/bar, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of efficiency in all aspects of the business.
Responsibilities:
1. Restaurant Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
2. Event Planning: Organize and coordinate events, functions, and other activities to increase revenue and enhance customer experience.
3. Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
4. Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff members to ensure they meet the required standards of quality and customer service.
5. Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and reducing waste.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 2 years working in a restaurant manager/supervisor role, with 1-2 years of experience working in a country bar/restaurant.
* Skill Set: Excellent communication skills, well-presented, with a hands-on attitude.
