About the Role
You will collaborate with a dedicated team of over 100 skilled professionals in a supportive, engaging, and dynamic environment, contributing to their long-term success.
This role is a 12-month contract with the possibility of a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting in the appraisal of new land opportunities, including conducting due diligence on sites.
* Supporting the coordination of new planning applications and monitoring existing applications.
* Facilitating the coordination of design information for planning and development purposes.
* Assisting in the appointment of consultants by gathering scopes and relevant information.

Requirements
* A third-level qualification in planning, project/business administration, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in an administrative or business support role.
* Familiarity with Northern Ireland's planning applications and processes.
* Strong organisation and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Experience in planning, scheduling, or project coordination within the construction industry is highly desirable.
