Job Description
Our Client, based in South County Dublin, provides case management services to individuals with catastrophic care needs.
The Role
* Complete and update Enquiries and Report Registers and Qu Notes to ensure they are up-to-date at all times.
* Set up case files and manage paperwork for each file as directed.
* Liaise with Case Managers regarding Case Management Clients where there is a crossover with expert witness reports.
* Manage Qunote as appropriate.
* Manage telephone and email communication professionally.
* Manage client files professionally.
* Complete general administration duties as required.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
* Tracking enquiries and reports.
* Managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
* Preparing invoices and tracking payments.
* Ensuring accurate report completion.
* Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly organised and skilled Legal Secretary with:
* At least 3 years' experience in a busy office environment.
* Strong MS Office skills, including Excel.
* A flexible approach, friendly disposition, and ability to work well as part of a team.
* Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
